We’re a collective of artists who believe the best beauty doesn’t feel forced. Color should feel lived-in. A great cut should look just as good months later as it did when you left the chair. And getting your hair done should feel less like an appointment and more like spending time with people you trust.

Our artists specialize in thoughtful, highly personalized cuts and color, from signature dry cuts and effortless layers to dimensional blondes, balayage and color designed to grow out beautifully. The goal isn’t to make you look “done.” It’s to bring out what already works about you.

Pearlita began with founder Megan Robinson’s idea for a different kind of salon: a creative space where talented friends could work alongside one another, support one another and do exceptional work without the attitude.
